The hive is a visual, social practice installation based on the idea of the collective. Similar to the inner workings of a bee hive. That we are the total  Sum of individual parts. The hive installation is interactive and invites visitors to reflect on the Community we’d collectively like for it be. Participants are invited to Share thoughts about a desired future. Postcards are placed next to the work, and are placed inside of a clear box. All collected postcards will be part of a future performance work, where the postcards will be buried in a time capsule, and dug up 10 years to the day, into the future.
